Initiating a Return:

Subject to your rights under the Scotland, England and Wales Consumer Law, your right to exchange or return is subject to the following conditions:

1. You must contact us and return the item within 30 days of receipt of your product.
2. The product must be in perfect condition and resalable. If Modern Therapies does not deem your product resalable, fees may apply.
3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your product(s).
4. Additional deductions may apply if you refuse your package at the carrier level and it is returned to Modern Therapies.
5. If Duties and Taxes apply to your exchange order Modern Therapies is not liable for any further import taxes on your exchanged product, You will be required to pay any of these duties and taxes.
6. Any shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
7. If you request a refund, it will be credited to the same account as the original payment.
8. All returns or replacement products/parts are shipped out using standard post; shipping times will vary per destination on these orders.

Warranty

2-Year Product Warranty.

The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser of an item purchased directly from moderntherapies.co.uk or an authorised reseller. The warranty period starts on the date the original purchased unit is delivered. 

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Modern Therapies will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

For the first 30 days, Modern Therapies will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After that, the buyer will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Modern Therapies.

What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover problems caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification, nor does it cover theft or loss of the product.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution.  You may be asked to provide proof of any defects; therefore, you should maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects.

Faulty Products:

All Modern Therapies products are hand-checked before they are neatly packaged for you. However, if, in the unlikely event, your product is faulty when delivered, we will refund your payment or exchange the product at no cost to you. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned to us for inspection and in its original packaging.
