In October 2024, I was diagnosed with Stage IV oesophageal cancer at 35.

I wasn’t prepared to sit back and wait - I built a daily protocol around the same equipment you’ll find here - infrared sauna, cold immersion, red light therapy. I tested it relentlessly, tracked everything, and kept only what delivered.

By spring 2025, my scans showed full resolution of the metastases.

Let's be clear - I’m not claiming these products cure cancer. They don’t.

But they became a core part of how I fight - and more importantly, they showed me something most companies won’t tell you; Not all equipment is worth your time, or your money.

Every product on this site has been selected based on real-world use, not marketing claims. I’ve removed what didn’t perform, and kept what met a far higher standard - durability, safety, and meaningful impact.
