How Much Does The Rome Cost To Run?
The cost of running a Lay‑Z‑Spa hot tub depends on each individual user and how it is used, as well as outside temperature, positioning, and more. This Lay-Z-Spa has fully integrated EnergySense® thermal insulation that makes it up to 40% more energy efficient than a conventional inflatable hot tub.

Does The Rome AirJet Have A Warranty & UK Support Team?
Our standard warranty is 12 months on the pump and 6 months on the cover, liner, and inflatable lid. This warranty can be extended (by registering on the website) to 24 months on the pump and 12 months on the cover, liner, and inflatable lid. Lay‑Z‑Spa also has a UK-based support team fully trained to help owners.

Yes, it is essential to use chemicals in your Lay‑Z‑Spa. ClearWater Chemicals, designed specifically for Lay‑Z‑Spas, are recommended.

Can You Put The Rome Indoors?
Lay‑Z‑Spas are suitable for use both indoors and outdoors. Most customers set them up in gardens (on grass, patio, decking, or in a summer house). For artificial grass, rubber matting or shoes can reduce static. For indoor use, ensure proper drainage and ventilation.

This depends on the temperature of the fresh water used and ambient air temperature. On a typical UK summer day, it can take 6–12 hours to heat the water to 40°C. Once heated, the pump can maintain water temperature efficiently.
