All Chill Tubs Original purchases come with a free insulated cover. Our covers are designed to match and complete the aesthetic of our Chill Tubs, as well as provide a number of benefits.
The insulated cover is designed for three main purposes:
- To insulate the water from warmer air temperatures, especially warm sunshine
- To stop debris from entering the water or the adjacent services area
- A physical deterrent for small children and animals endangering themselves by entering the cold water
The cover to your Chill Tub that has been supplied as an upholstered item and needs handling with care as it is easily damaged. It will benefit from a hose down every month, including the underside. All Chill Tubs covers are covered by a 1 year warranty.

Delivery, Returns, Warranty
Our Chill Tubs warranty provides coverage for defects in workmanship and defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
- Our 2 man place & position including install is included
- If we cannot deliver just to access issues, a return fee of the journey will be made to the customer
- We also offer a pallet kerbside delivery, if you do not want an install yet.
- The dimensions of the Chill Tub including its packaging are as follows; length 1800mm, width 730mm, height 750mm. The net weight is 120kg. We must be informed of any access restrictions to where the Chill Tub is being positioned prior to booking in. Failing to do so may result in a failed delivery where the Chill Tub may be left in a safe place at the property or a redelivery which will come at an additional £400.
- Delivery is excluded to the following locations; Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Jersey and Guernsey. A quote will be required from an external freight company, whereby the difference will be charged to yourselves before goods are released. For deliveries and collections to these locations the warranty will cover the parts only and not the labour. Customers will need to arrange for their servicing and maintenance locally.
