Warranty
All of the Wave kayaks come with a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults/generic damage from the date you receive the product. Please note:
- We will only replace the Wave kayak if our troubleshooting solutions and/or repairs have been unsuccessful.
- Products must be used per the instructions provided.
- Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of a kayak being returned to us, it must be returned in clean & dry condition regardless of the type of warranty claim. Failure to do this could result in a £25 cleaning fee being charged.
All warranty claims are subject to product assessment and testing on receipt of the kayak. We will request photographic evidence of any damages before processing a warranty claim in full. To be directed to the relevant aftersales provider, you're required to submit a warranty claim directly with us.
To submit a warranty claim, please email us including the below information:
- Customer name
- Customer address
- Customer contact number
- Customer email address
- Proof of purchase
- Photos of kayak inflated
- Photo(s) of the problem

Want to return your Wave order? Please get in touch with us within 14 days before returning any orders as unapproved returns will be rejected.
We're happy to accept returns should the item doesn't suit or be faulty in any way. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.
