Delivery & returns

Shipping
Once you have placed an order, we do our utmost to deliver the product as soon as possible. If this concerns a product that is sent by UPS and that we have in stock, this will often take a few working days at most.

With large products, such as a spa, you will be contacted about the delivery of the product. This is always done in consultation with you, so that we do not stand for a closed door. We will contact you in advance about the delivery of your product.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery and install for the spas is £500 to £650 + VAT depending on location (Vision, Miracle & Kodiak Spas have standard delivery free of charge.)

For all spas, if we require a hiab or crane this will be at additional cost to the customer.

We also require a video of the site for access and to determine logistics.
